The biggest mistake that I see with a web design is that it is not balanced. You can look at a site and see that it is overly influenced by one type of person. So you see for example the complains that fit with accessibility has mean the visually that it is nothing for the brand .it is not compelling experience.

There are other situations where you might have a retail site, of course it is totally being designed in flash, it doesn’t work in terms of accessibility or usability or it might look good visually.
